Core Services

What we run every day

CNC Milling & Turning

3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling plus live-tool turning on bar stock up to 3" diameter. Aluminum, carbon and stainless steels, Inconel, brass, and engineered plastics.

Metal Fabrication & Welding

MIG, TIG, and stick welding on structural weldments, skids, frames, and pressure-rated components. Certified welders, weld maps on every fabricated assembly.

Custom Industrial Parts

Replacement shafts, housings, manifolds, flanges, and bushings reverse-engineered from a worn sample or a print. Reduce downtime when the OEM lead time won't work.

Prototype & Short-Run Production

One-off proofs through 500-piece runs. First-article inspection before we cut the balance, so a bad print never becomes a bad batch.

Precision Sheet Metal Work

Laser cutting, CNC press brake forming, punching, and finishing on sheet up to 1/2". Enclosures, brackets, panels, and guarding built to drawing.

Why Ridgeline

Built on repeat orders

Tight Tolerances

Routine work held to +/-0.001". Tighter callouts reviewed by the shop foreman before we quote, not after.

20+ Years Experience

Trusted by aerospace, oil & gas, and heavy industrial clients across the Gulf Coast and nationwide.

Modern Equipment

Multi-axis machining centers, live-tool lathes, and in-house CAD/CAM programming from STEP, IGES, or DXF.

Full QA

First-article and in-process inspection on every run, with dimensional reports and material certs on request.

About Ridgeline

A Houston shop, still family-owned

Ridgeline started in 2004 with two manual lathes, one Bridgeport, and a handful of East End customers who needed parts faster than their suppliers could deliver. Word moved through the Gulf Coast energy trade the way it always does — one repair at a time — and the shop grew with it.

Today we run 14 CNC and fabrication machines out of 4820 Harrisburg Blvd, with the same family ownership and several of the same machinists. We still handle refinery and offshore work across Texas and Louisiana, and we ship finished parts and weldments to industrial and aerospace clients nationwide. Every job leaves here inspected, tagged, and traceable.
